Fire Safety Risk Assessment

There is a free publication available to download from the Government Communities web site regarding fire regulations in premises offering sleeping accommodation.

The download is free and the publication is 147 pages long. If you prefer you can order it preprinted for £12.

Why do we make a point of it being free? Well, we've found an organisation claiming to represent bed and breakfast saying that they provide it to you free of charge if you pay £54 to join their organisation.

No need to do that and totally wrong to suggest it - click here - scroll down the page and download it free of charge.

If publishing that here is wrong then apologies in advance, just don't like seeing people being ripped off. To add to that, emails to the organisation querying the way they "sell" the download remain unanswered.
